JOB OPENING: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Description
ICAD Automation has been furnishing California’s Central Valley with industrial automation since 2005. This is a full-time position with competitive pay; health, dental and vision coverage; retirement plan with matching and paid time off.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
Pay
$20-$35 per hour

Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience. Prior construction industry experience preferred.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills. Solid decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
Essential Duties
- Initialize jobs and set up billing to include progress billing.
- Creates invoices and records customer payments according to company practice.
- Generates monthly billing statements based on general ledger.
- Prepares sales tax filing.

- Must be able to move in and around the office.
