Control Panel Construction

Our engineers designed and built a UL-certified control panel equipped with a PLC. The team developed and implemented the full PLC programming, ensuring reliable and efficient system control.

Biogas Equipment Commissioning

Our engineers led the commissioning process, verifying that all equipment operated as intended and met the required performance standards. This was a critical step in ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.

System Integration & Startup Services

We provided hands-on startup support to ensure smooth system integration and rapid issues resolution. This collaborative approach allowed both teams to quickly address initial operational challenges and optimize system performance from day one.

SCADA System Modifications

Our team customized the existing Wonderware SCADA system to align with the customer’s operational needs. The biogas recovery system was fully integrated into the SCADA infrastructure, enabling improved monitoring, control, and data visibility.

Results

The successful integration of the biogas system has enabled the customer to significantly improve its sustainability efforts while increasing operational efficiency. The plant now benefits from enhanced resource utilization and a more streamlined process.
