This project brought our team into a unique and exciting environment, the expansion of a zoological facility. As new exhibits and habitats were developed to showcase Asian wildlife, advanced automation systems were required to manage critical life support functions. Our team was brought in to design and implement a reliable, high-performance solution.

Electrical Control Panels
- Designed and built three custom electrical control panels to manage key habitat systems.
- The panels were engineered for reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
PLC Programming
- Developed PLC programs to automate habitat operations.
- Enabled precise coordination of temperature, flow regulation, and lighting control.
Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI)
- Designed and programmed intuitive HMI systems.
- Provided operators with real-time monitoring, alarm management, and control of critical parameters.
On-Site Commissioning
- Conducted thorough system testing and performance validation.
- Fine-tuned controls to ensure all habitats operated according to specifications.
Operations & Maintenance Manual (O&M)
- Delivered a comprehensive O&M manual outlining system functionality and maintenance procedures.
- Provided on-site training to equip operators with the knowledge needed for long-term success
